Guide to Thrive ensures that youth aging out of foster care, through age 26, have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed and build an independent life.
Every year, over 1,000 young adults in Texas age out of the foster care system without a permanent family or a clear path forward. Without stability and support these youth face significant challenges in securing housing, education, and employment.
